Privacy policy

AuctionInv (auctioninv.com) is an inventory, receiving and auction tool for live-auction sellers. It is operated by PATIO SCREEN PRO LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and how to reach us. Daniel Dali is our privacy owner.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, role, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself) and, if you turn it on, your authenticator-app setup.
- Your business records: perfume catalog, stock counts, costs, suppliers, receiving history, auction sessions and the sale prices you record.
- Files you upload: supplier invoices, product photos and, where enabled for your business, packing photos and videos.
- TikTok Shop order data, only if your business owner connects TikTok Shop: order and line IDs, order and payment times, the auction order type, item price, currency, quantity and order status. We do not store buyer names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. Order responses can briefly contain such fields in server memory while we pick out the fields above; they are not written to our database.
- Technical records: security and error logs with sanitized details, used to keep the service running and secure.
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
Only to provide and secure AuctionInv for your business: tracking stock and costs, matching auction sales to inventory, reading documents you upload, sending account emails (such as invitations and password resets) and supporting you when you ask. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or let our providers train AI models on it.

TikTok order data and TikTok access tokens are never sent to OpenAI.
How long we keep it
- TikTok order data: up to 30 days from the order's creation, then deleted automatically.
- Disconnecting TikTok Shop (by your business owner in AuctionInv, or by revoking access in TikTok) immediately deletes the connection, shop ID, access tokens and all stored TikTok order data. A short revocation marker is kept for at most 15 minutes so a reconnection already in progress cannot slip through.
- Backups: database backups expire automatically. Daily backups are kept for 14 days; the occasional extra backup taken before a software update has its own fixed expiry date. Deleted data disappears from backups as they expire.
- Everything else stays while your business uses AuctionInv. When you close your account, ask us and we will delete your business data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
How we protect it
All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). TikTok access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Every request is checked against your business and your role, and our release checks include automated tests that one business cannot see another's data. Staff screens can be set so they never receive cost or profit data. Uploaded files are stored privately with no public links.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by emailing admin@patioscreenpro.com from the account owner's email address. We confirm who you are using your existing account, never by asking for your password. We answer within 30 days. Some financial history cannot be silently rewritten; in that case we add a correction instead.
If something goes wrong
If we confirm a security incident affecting your data, we notify affected businesses (and TikTok, for TikTok data) within 72 hours of confirming it, or sooner where the law requires.
Children
AuctionInv is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top, and for important changes we tell account owners by email or in the app.
