Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between PATIO SCREEN PRO LLC ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for AuctionInv ("you"). By creating an account or using AuctionInv you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

AuctionInv helps live-auction sellers receive stock, track inventory and costs, run auction sessions and match sales to inventory. Optional connections, such as TikTok Shop, are read-only unless we tell you otherwise, and are used only to provide features you turn on.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to act for your business.
• Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your business's accounts, including team members you invite.
• Tell us right away at admin@patioscreenpro.com if you think an account was misused.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide AuctionInv, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Plans and payment

Paid plans, any setup fee and add-ons are as shown when you subscribe or as agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use AuctionInv to break the law or the rules of any marketplace you sell on, to access another business's data, to probe or overload the service, to upload malware, or to resell the service without our written agreement.

Third-party platforms

When you connect a platform such as TikTok Shop, that platform's own terms also apply to you. You can disconnect at any time; disconnecting deletes the data we stored from that connection, as described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AuctionInv available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where reasonable. After cancellation you can ask us for an export, and we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limits

AuctionInv is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for your inventory, pricing, taxes and business decisions. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date above and tell account owners about important changes before they apply. Continuing to use AuctionInv after that means you accept the update.
